1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CircleX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the application. CircleX is built to give back to society by aarsis Solutions and relies strictly on good-faith participation.

2. Use of Services

You may use this service solely as a ledger management tool for your local NGO or savings group (Samiti). It is explicitly forbidden to misuse the role permissions to manipulate financial records illegally.

3. Liability

CircleX provides ledger calculation and approval frameworks. However, CircleX and aarsis Solutions are not physically holding your collected money, and cannot be held liable for any loss of real-world funds missing from the physical treasury of your respective organization.

4. Termination

Site administrators retain the right to terminate your account in the instance of misuse or violation of these terms.
